A few of these works will be used as case studies in the workshop, so it may be helpful to review artist reflections and documentation as well (some of which is available on the artists' websites linked below).

The definition of "complex" can vary from institution to institution - maybe some of the objects below are pretty straightforward to preserve at your institution, but for others may be complicated.

Digital Design for Maintenance Culture

The Maintenance Culture branding was designed by Abby Doyle and deliverables for the project included:

  • Branding guide (PDF)

  • Font (True Type font file, .ttf)

  • Graphics (.png files)

  • Logos (.png files, CMYK and RGB versions)

  • Canva templates

  • Printed materials: bookmarks, stickers, postcards

Other related materials also include email correspondence with the designer about creating the logo, draft versions, and the designer's project files.
